Is it time for National Health Insurance?
Americans have the most expensive, least effective health system in the world. So what is the Bush Administration's big plan? Take coverage away from the middle class and give the lower class a tax deduction for insurance premiums.The problem with this is that most of the lower class do not have enough income left over from paying food, housing and transportation to afford the premiums in the first place.
