Healthcare costs rises slowing
According to a government report, the rapid rise in healthcare cost is slowing a bit. Is this good news?Depends on how you look at it. It, like the LA Times you write a headline like "Healthcare spending eases off", you can pretend it's an overall good thing.
But the bottom line is that the rates continue to rise and many people, including those in the middle class, have to make choices between health and hunger.
